Pick the adventure

Participants choose what sparks their interest, or we co-design something new together.

How it works

Mentor and participant co-design activities and goals, then practise them in real time. Learning is practical, fun, and immediately transferable to home, school or work.

Skills in focus

Problem solving, social communication, organisation, safety awareness and resilience, mapped directly to the participant's NDIS Capacity Building goals.

Is this the right support?

Life skills is coaching rather than clinical therapy: the same great outdoors, but the spotlight stays on everyday capability. If the participant needs deeper psychological support, Adventure-based Counselling is the better starting point.

How funding works

SNDY Tracks works with self managed and plan managed NDIS participants under Capacity Building supports, plus Short Term Accommodation for respite. Supports are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Not on the NDIS? Self funded clients and organisation funded referrals are welcome too. Not sure where it fits? Ask us and we will walk you through it.
