The short version: supports are governed by your service agreement, this website is general information, and we try to keep everything here plain and fair.
SNDY Tracks Pty Ltd (ABN 69 695 558 902), 3/7 Anzac Rd, Tuggerah NSW. We provide counselling and adventure-based therapeutic supports for young people. We are not an NDIS registered provider; we work with self managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
All supports are delivered under a written service agreement signed before supports begin. If anything on this website differs from your service agreement, the service agreement applies. Supports are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits current at the time of service.
We ask for two clear business days notice to cancel or change a session, across all supports. Late cancellation terms, including any charges, are set out in your service agreement. We apply the same standard to ourselves: if we need to cancel, for example for weather or safety, we tell you as early as possible and reschedule promptly at no cost.
Invoices are payable within 14 days. For plan managed participants, invoices go to the plan manager. If something on an invoice looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out before anything else happens.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, SNDY Tracks Pty Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website; the information here does not replace individual professional advice.
