Work with us

SNDY Tracks is growing. If you love the outdoors, care about young people, and want work where a good day at the office means a creek, a trail or a campsite, we want to hear from you.

What the work looks like

One on one sessions with young people aged 10 to 30 across the Central Coast: counselling support, life skills coaching and adventure respite. Sessions happen outdoors, built around activities like canoeing, bushwalking, mountain biking and fishing, always with a therapeutic purpose underneath.

Every support is person centred, trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming. We run on a Challenge by Choice model, for participants.

Who we look for

  • PACFA registration, or another recognised counselling qualification
  • Experience with young people: youth work, disability support, allied health, education or outdoor recreation
  • Practical outdoor skills and a calm head in the field
  • Genuine alignment with person centred, trauma informed practice
  • A current Working with Children Check and relevant screening, or willingness to obtain them; we will talk you through the details
